Crushing Operations Manager
Seeking an experienced crushing operations professional to lead our production team at the QCoal Northern Hub, Collinsville. Reporting to the mining superintendent, you will oversee safe and efficient crushing operations and stockpile management to meet ongoing production targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Equipment Operation:
o Operate Terex Finlay J. 1480 Jaw Crusher
o Control Terex Finlay TC-80 Tracked Conveyor
o Maintain Hitachi 490 LCM Excavator
o Manage Cat 988K Loader
o Ensure optimal operation of Terex Finlay I 140 RS Impact Crusher
* Safety Management:
o Implement safety protocols and champion safety culture
* Leadership and Communication:
o Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
o Develop and lead a high-performing crew
* Production Targets:
o Monitor and maintain production targets
* Inspections and Compliance:
o Conduct regular inspections of open cut operations
o Deliver toolbox talks and shift prestart briefings

Must have a strong achievement focus as a supervisor with previous experience in crushing operations. Commitment to driving a high-performing team is essential.
