Quality Assurance Expert
R/GA seeks a Quality Assurance expert who can thrive in a dynamic landscape to deliver defect-free and quality compliant outcomes through continuous improvement. They will drive innovation, opportunities across our portfolio of clients by collaborating with the Technology Director and project team.
* Create Master Test Plans defining scope, tools, testing approach (e.g., Pyramid of Testing)
* Build Test Automation Frameworks from scratch using Cypress or Appium ensuring integration into CI/CD pipeline
* Collaborate with Solution Architects identifying logic gaps and testability issues during requirements phase
What We're Looking For In A Candidate:
1. 5+ years QA experience in software development environment
2. Expert proficiency setting up automation frameworks using JavaScript or TypeScript (Cypress, Playwright)
