Sales Development Representative – 12-Month Contract

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Sales Development Representative to support our continued growth. This role is critical to expanding our revenue by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

This opportunity suits a self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving SaaS environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a high-performing sales team.

Candidates must be Sydney-based or willing to relocate, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and native-level Australian English communication skills.

What You'll Do

* Proactively build and manage a pipeline of net-new business opportunities for the Client Product Suite.
* Drive outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social channels to secure qualified meetings for the Field Sales team.
* Engage prospects to understand their goals and align them with relevant solutions.
* Manage and qualify inbound leads efficiently using Salesforce (SFDC).
* Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to activity, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.
* Apply creative and strategic thinking to improve prospecting and lead-generation techniques.
* Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to enhance demand generation performance.

What You'll Bring

* An entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging prospects by phone and email.
* A "phone-first" mentality and comfort with daily cold outreach.
* At least 12 months of experience in lead generation or inside sales, ideally within a SaaS organization.
* A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Working knowledge of social selling platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred).
* Solid understanding of the ANZ market (essential).
