The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, reducing shrinkage and expenses, and improving customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and financial management.
* Build, coach and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce shrinkage and improve customer satisfaction.
* Lead by example and foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders and stakeholders.
What You'll Need
* Prior experience as Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
* Experience coaching and leading a large and diverse team; ability to implement business and individual development strategies.
* Strong commitment to safety, customers, and everyday motivation of your team.
* Ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders and stakeholders.
