About the Role
As our Finance & Insurance Specialist, you will:
* Present tailored finance & insurance solutions to customers purchasing new and used vehicles
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams
* Ensure all applications, contracts, and compliance documentation are completed accurately
* Maximise finance penetration, insurance sales and warranty products
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender requirements and regulatory obligations
* Deliver a seamless, transparent, and engaging customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an F&I Business Manager or Finance Consultant in automotive
* Strong understanding of finance products, insurance, and lending compliance
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
* A proactive, customer-first mindset
* Current Driver's License
