We're looking for a hands‐on, organised, and relationship‐focused person to join our Murwillumbah brewery as a Maintenance Stores Coordinator (Internal job title is Stores Buyer). This is a key role that helps keep our brewery running smoothly by ensuring our maintenance teams have the right parts, consumables, and services available when they need them.
If you enjoy working across inventory, suppliers, systems, and operations — and love being the go‐to person who keeps things organised and moving — this could be a great fit.
This is a permanent full‐time Monday‐to‐Friday position based at our Murwillumbah Brewery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Raising purchase orders and coordinating suppliers
* Managing inventory for maintenance spare parts and consumables
* Maintaining accurate stock levels, stocktakes, and reporting
* Supporting financial tracking, reporting, and budget management
* Managing site utilities and waste stream suppliers
* Coordinating deliveries and ensuring continuity of supply
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
* Supporting safe work practices and contractor processes on site

* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with systems and digital tools
* Experience in inventory or stock management
* Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate well with different teams
* A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and solve problems
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience using SAP or similar systems
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, brewing, maintenance, or warehouse environments
* Exposure to supplier or contractor management
* A trade or technical background
