The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, you will work closely with the Principal to manage the strategic and day-to-day financial, physical and human resource aspects of the school’s business operations. To be successful in this role, you will ensure that effective financial administration of the school’s business operations is delivered, including financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting to ensure achievement of the school’s strategic and corporate financial objectives.
We are ideally looking for an applicant with well established financial management capabilities and who ideally is a strategic financial leader who possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be flexible, reliable and able to work independently as well as having strong leadership and people management skills
The Manager Corporate Services oversees a diverse team including cleaners and Education Assistants, and and should have confidence, empathy, and resilience in managing staff with varying needs and expectations. The successful applicant will ideally be able to foster a positive and respectful workplace culture, navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics, and support staff wellbeing while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.
