Position Overview
This role is responsible for driving growth and sustainability by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development & Strategy
o Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
o Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams for training delivery.
o Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with corporate clients, industry bodies, and government agencies.
* Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry associations, and community organisations.
o Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance
o Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
o Collaborate with compliance and training teams to maintain quality and integrity in service delivery.
* Market Research & Analysis
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
o Drive enrolments through targeted campaigns and networking events.
o Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and digital strategies.
o Some digital marketing may be required.
o Direct contact with potential clients.
o Attending expos and corporate events.
