We are currently looking for a Marketing Administrator to support Jabra's marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand including events, digital initiatives, outdoor advertising, demand generation, brand management, and elements of public relations. The role will require close collaboration with local sales account managers, partners, and distributors to build and maintain strong relationships, while developing and implementing joint marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks :
Sales & Marketing Alignment :
* Sales Collaboration & Account Support: Build and maintain relationships with local sales account managers, partners, and distributors. Develop joint marketing strategies to drive engagement across all stakeholders.
* Channel Communications: Manage communication initiatives, including newsletters, Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs), promotions, new product launches, etc., to enhance partner and customer engagement.
* Event Management: Plan and oversee Jabra’s presence at key B2B industry events, managing event logistics, booth setup, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-ups.
* Key Campaigns: Drive local and regional campaigns in collaboration with peers, focusing on initiatives such as "Why Professional Devices Matter" and promotional campaigns.
Team Operations :
* CRM Management: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics for tracking and nurturing marketing leads, ensuring effective qualification and follow-up strategies to convert prospects into customers and maximize sales opportunities.
* Budget Management: Oversee budget tracking, purchase order management, supplier payments, and reporting.
* Bi-Weekly Reporting: Provide updates to the region on the latest in-country developments.
* General Reporting & Systems Management: Manage tools and systems such as YellowHub and Optimove to support marketing objectives.
* Support ANZ Marketing: Assist the ANZ team in achieving marketing business objectives (MBOs) and in-country targets.

* Ideally this person should have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution.
* Ability to work as a team player, across functions to champion customer needs while maintaining alignment with Jabra goals.
* Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including content marketing, digital marketing, and industry events.
* Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar, or equivalent relevant work experience.
