Your Role as a Talent Associate
* Campaign Driver: After your training academy ramp‑up, you will learn to design targeted talent campaigns, write engaging ads, craft outreach messages, screen applicants and keep the pipeline flowing
* Acquisition Specialist: Conduct high‑volume phone each days, learn the ins and outs of video interviewing and assessment centres, confidently matching Weployees to client needs while delivering an outstanding candidate experience - supported by interview best practice training and real‑time guidance
* Relationship Builder: Leverage your customer‑contact background to consult hiring managers, share market insights and nurture lasting partnerships
* Community Champion: Onboard successful candidates, celebrate their wins and keep our Weployee community engaged through check‑ins, icebreaker meetings and events
* Problem Solver: When requisition volumes spike, you will prioritise, realign and propose creative sourcing ideas that keep delivery on track - drawing on troubleshooting frameworks and the collective brainpower of an always‑available team
What You Bring
* One to two years in a KPI‑driven, people‑focused role such as sales, inbound or outbound call centre, event operations, retail or hospitality leadership
* A genuine interest in building a long term career in recruitment
* Resilient mindset - you treat setbacks as an opportunity to push yourself and do your best
* Comfortable with daily targets, learning systems fast in a quick moving startup environment
* Growth orientation - you give things a go, seek feedback, share ideas and jump at new projects

Salary and eligibility details: The annual salary for this role is 60k pa + super + quarterly bonus.
