Key Responsibilities:

As a Non-Contact Supervisor/Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and making strategic decisions to drive the growth and success of our kindergarten.
You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that promote quality and excellence in early childhood education.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role in an early childhood setting.
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve kindergarten operations and outcomes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent).
