Job Details
- Salary of $120,292.00 per annum
- 11.5% superannuation
- $13,000 accommodation allowance per annum
- $1,440 electricity allowance per annum
- $1,285 airfare subsidy after 12 weeks

As the Child Health Nurse you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering child health services in remote communities under a culturally respectful model of care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting developmental health checks for children aged 0–5
- Providing immunisations according to the WA schedule
- Managing care for at-risk children and those in protective care
- Coordinating recalls and follow-up for screenings and checks
- Supporting health promotion and education for clients and staff
- Participating in outreach to remote areas via 4WD or light aircraft
Qualifications
- Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Postgraduate qualifications in Child Health
- Proven experience in maternal and child health within primary care
- Manual driver’s licence with ability to drive a 4WD
- Willingness to travel to remote locations
