We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Business Administration Trainee.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
* Greet and assist clients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
* Filing and document management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Maintain internal registers and take minutes during meetings.
Administrative Support
* Assist the administrative team with various tasks including accounts, company communications, purchase orders, reporting, and data entry.
* Perform errands and provide general office support as required.
