About the Role:
The Recruitment Advisor will lead and manage recruitment processes for key roles across the organization. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in recruitment and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage competing demands and prioritize workloads accordingly
* Negotiate respectfully with managers and senior leaders to ensure recruitment outcomes meet business needs
* Critically analyze and recommend the most appropriate recruitment strategy/campaign to effectively recruit for specialized and technical positions
* Manage candidate care throughout the recruitment process and ensure all recruitment decisions are well documented and consistent with the principles of merit, equity, and transparency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment activities
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional and effective panel discussions
