We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering restoration projects across water, fire, and mould incidents.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site assessments and moisture mapping to identify areas requiring attention
* Develop and implement effective drying and restoration plans to ensure high-quality results
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, insurers, builders, and loss adjusters to facilitate seamless project execution
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IICRC standards and best practices in the field
* Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on advanced remediation and treatment tasks
