What You'll Do
Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
Drive performance across sales, KPIs, and product sell-through
Oversee store operations — including inventory, visual merchandising, stock management, and presentation
Manage rosters, train and coach your team to reach their full potential
Build meaningful connections with your local community, brand partners, and ambassadors
Lead by example as a hands-on, positive, and inspiring in-store presence
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in retail management (Store Manager or strong 2IC level)
A track record of achieving sales results and driving KPIs
Strong operational skills — rostering, wage control, inventory, and VM
A genuine passion for fitness, premium performance apparel, and great customer service
