About you:
- Management experience is favourable but not necessary
- Personal or qualified experience in the industry is highly preferred
- At least 2+ years in Customer Service is essential
- A passion for sporting and aquatic goods
- Sense of urgency and love for retail!
- We're looking for someone with a fun outgoing attitude, who is happy to talk about diving and the ocean all day long.
About the Role:
- Retail sales and customer service
- Assist the store manager in daily store opening and closing routines
- Assist the store manager with team management, rostering, and administrative tasks
- Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness
- Coordinate and undertake stocktakes and inventory receiving
- Coordinate with our Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Gold Coast stores for customer orders and collections.
- Weekend work may be required
