Job Description
The focus of this position will be on design, storyboarding and delivery;
* Develop and implement training strategies and plans.
* Ensure the successful adoption of the new system by all employees.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align training needs.
* Design and deliver engaging training sessions and materials.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during the adoption process.
* Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the adoption process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Training & Adoption Manager should have:
* Previous success in the planning, design, development, and delivery of multimodal training collateral (incl. online training environments), as part of deploying digital solutions.
* High level of experience in training delivery within a large and complex, geographically diverse organisation.
* High level of interpersonal, consultation, oral and written communication skills to effectively enable the engagement of a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Experience in working within multi-disciplinary project teams, collaborating to deliver successful go lives.
