We're seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our team on a major $50M project in McLaren Vale.
This is an incredible opportunity to accelerate your development, working side-by-side with an experienced Project Manager and Senior Site Manager who are committed to your growth.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting daily site operations and contributing to smooth project delivery
Assisting with scheduling, coordination and site documentation
Working closely with subcontractors and site teams to monitor progress and quality
Helping to manage safety, compliance, and reporting
Providing technical support and problem-solving for on-site challenges
Document control and general office duties
Learning the full life-cycle of project delivery on a large, complex build
What we're looking for:
A recent Construction Management graduate with 1–2 years' experience
Someone proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced site environment
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in site-based project delivery
Ability to build strong working relationships with project leaders and subcontractors
