About theOpportunity
Your role as anLegal Assistant / Paralegal is to provide outstanding office and administrative support to the Principal and legal team. You will have tremendous impact and play an integral role in supporting the successful growth of Klintsaris. In this position, you willundertake a wide range of Executive Assistant, administrative, office and accounts functions; these include diary management, managing customer telephone enquiries, booking consultations for new and existing clients, customer service and drafting visa applications. In addition, you may be tasked with, accounts management (payroll, invoicing, BAS preparation) and managing CRM, and marketing support.
About You
* Proactive with insight to anticipate yours and your legal team's needs.
* Proven track record in managing complex diaries and solicitor's / executive's inbox.
* It is essential you are able to work autonomously and don't need to be spoon fed.
* Clients and team members love working with you because you have empathy and a positive attitude.
* You excel in managing client expectations and building long lasting client relationships.
* You have a knack for working efficiently – streamlining systems and processes, holding others and yourself accountable, and want to see Klintsaris thrive.
* You havea minimum of 3 years' experience working in a customer-focused legal environment, with high task turnover.
* High levels of emotional intelligence and able to handle challenging customer interactions.
* High level of computer literacy, utilising MS Office Suite for correspondence, reports, tables, policy documents, and presentations.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively within set guidelines.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure set outcomes are achieved.
* Demonstrated ability to work both in-office and remotely, to drive weekly/other meetings and daily check- ins and provide regular updates to the Principal.
* Previous experience in a Migration practice will be highly regarded.
* Live and uphold the Klintsaris Immigration Services' values.
* Marketing support – posting content on social media, track and engage with SM on behalf of Klintsaris Immigration.
* Accounts experience helpful, including proficiency in MYOB, invoicing, expenses, timesheets and financial management.
