**_Requirements of the role: _**
- Composing advertisements and placing within appropriate media within agreed timeframes.
- Developing behavioural based interview questions in liaison with the hiring manager.
- Participating as a panel member in interviews, as required.
- Initiating and overseeing the pre-employment assessments.
- Ensuring recruiting managers are kept informed of progress on their recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate and continue to develop our clients employee onboarding program.
**_ Experience:_**
- Experience in a Recruitment Officer/Administrator assignment, ideally within an enterprise client environment.
- Experience in the use of various recruitment systems, **_Big Red Sky_** would be a hige plus.
- Able to coordinate the onboarding of a new resource, from screening, ref checks to the releasing of offers/contracts
- Prior experience in local/or state government recruitment would be highly regarded.
