Here’s what you can expect
- Explicit, supported career pathways and training to help you grow

What you will be doing
Our Support Workers put heart into everything they do. You’ll spend your days visiting people in their homes in the Yeppoon region and around the community - no two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.
You’ll help with:
- Delivering care that’s tailored to each person’s needs and Care Plan
- Personal care, mobility support, and medication reminders
- Preparing meals and supporting valuable nutrition
- Providing respite - whether it’s at home or out and about
- Lending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shopping
- Offering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters most
For this role, you will be required to use your own reliable vehicle to travel to customer homes and help transport the people we support in the community.
This role is available on a Permanent Part Time basis (up to 50 hours per fortnight contract) and your set roster would be within Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
You will Thrive in this role if you
- Love getting to know people and building real, lasting connections
- Show up with compassion, reliability, and respect - every time
- Feel confident working independently while staying connected to your local community
- Genuinely care about helping older Australians live life the way they choose
- Have experience in aged care, disability support, or community work - a Certificate III is great, but heart and know-how matter just as much
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and have a reliable vehicle
- Have (or are happy to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check
