Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, Team Members perform a variety of tasks from stocking shelves and displaying fresh fruit & veg to picking online orders and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave the store.
What You'll Do
Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe, including looking out for and reporting hazards
Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to products
Keep shelves stocked and tidy to enable a quick and easy shopping journey
Shop for online customers to ensure they receive what they need
