Job Description
- Identify and apply for grant opportunities that align with organisational objectives.
- Manage existing partnerships and foster new relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for securing funding and resources.
- Monitor and report on grant performance and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with funding requirements.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, agreements, and reports for funders and partners.
- Maintain up-to-date records of funding opportunities and partnership activities.
- Ensure compliance with grant and partnership agreements, including financial accountability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Grants and Partnership Manager should have:
- Demonstrated experience in grant writing and partnership management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Sound understanding of funding processes and compliance requirements.
- A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for tracking and reporting purposes.
- A genuine passion for community-focused work and cultural awareness.
