About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our team at Eco Cleaning Bird in Perth, based north of the river, such as Dianella, Subiaco, Shenton Park, North Perth, Wembley, Yokine, Mt Hawthorn, Woodlands, Stirling, Maylands, Bedford, Bayswater and surrounding areas.
This is a casual role with the potential to grow into a leadership or management position. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' homes. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or extra shifts to boost your income, or career advancement for a higher position.
What you'll be doing
1. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all areas of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and more
2. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in all client homes
3. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
4. Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to the management team
5. Potentially training and leading other cleaning team members in the future
6. Taking care of all the supplied work equipment and items by us
What we're looking for
1. Passionate about cleaning, organisation & detail
2. Excellent time management, organisational skills, communication skills and a customer-focused approach
3. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
4. Reliable, punctual, dependable, flexible and adaptable
5. Being fit and healthy for physical work
6. Available to work at least 3 days a week
7. Living locally within/close to our service areas
8. Able to work independently and in a team
9. Long-term committed (minimum 6 months+)
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a professional cleaner for especially in domestic cleaning, with a strong attention to detail, with more than 1 year of experience.
* Working right in Australia with a Tax File Number
* Current Police Check or willing to obtain one
* Driver's licence, reliable car, and mobile phone
* Non-smoker
* Fluent English

Working hours
Trainee: Between hours weekly (2-3 months training)
After training: hours weekly
