We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous individual to drive sales growth in the Service business within the Canberra region. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent service for existing accounts and developing stronger partnerships.
Your success in this role will ultimately be measured by customer loyalty, maximizing revenue, and growing our customer base across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in a similar role, with proven success in account management, sales management or business development role.
* Lift Industry experience is desirable but not essential.
* Technical sales experience preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels.
* Proactive sales approach & customer focus.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset.
