Join to apply for the Account Executive - Risk Management role at Marsh Risk .

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office each week.


Responsibilities

* Work in a team-based servicing environment, supporting Risk Management clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle.
* Provide support to Senior Account Executives and Principals with portfolio management.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and management of risk management and insurance programmes that accurately address client needs.
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acquiring and understanding their business and insurance needs.
* Identify products that benefit clients and meet their needs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, and other documentation.
* Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters, and claims managers while developing a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance.


Qualifications

* Tier 1 qualification.
* Experience in an insurance broking, claims, or underwriting environment.
* Dedication to quality in all aspects of work performance and client services, with a passion for customer service.
* Strong teamwork skills, maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences.
* Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
