The Role
You will:
* Run residential conveyancing files end-to-end with confidence and independence
* Build genuine relationships with clients, agents, and referrers through clear and personable communication
* Deliver a high standard of client care in a calm, professional environment
* Work with modern systems including Smokeball and PEXA to streamline your day
* Complete settlements efficiently and accurately
About You
You are someone who:
* A minimum 3 years' experience in a Queensland conveyancing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both clients and team members
* Confident in managing matters autonomously from start to finish
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
