Support Home Care Professionals

Caring Society is seeking qualified and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a flexible and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and medication assistance.
* Deliver in-home support and assist with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housework, and shopping.
* Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and outings, ensuring our clients stay connected to their community.
* Review care plans, identify client objectives and requirements, and maintain crucial information using our user-friendly app.
* Ensure client safety by identifying and addressing any potential risks.
Requirements:
* Certificate III or higher in Community Care, with specialisation in Disability, Individual Support, or Ageing Support.
* Flexible availability to work a range of hours between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Possession of a valid Motor Vehicle License (Full C Class or Unrestricted International).
* Access to your own registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal Check (not older than 12 months) or a commitment to obtaining one.
* Possession of a current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
* Proof of current Flu Vaccination (recommended).
* Evidence of Covid Vaccination (essential).
