About the Role
Our Concierge Team are pivotal members our of organisation. Being the first point of contact for our clients and visitors to our organisation. The national team is made up of a small but select group of professional, courteous and accommodating team members.
Your primary objective as Concierge will be to 'host' any visitors and ensure they have a pleasant and professional visit. This role is there to accommodate the client's and team requests during onsite meetings, within the guidelines of the employer. This includes, but is not limited to, being the 'Host' representative for the company, managing room bookings using various systems including Outlook and Zoom, troubleshooting for minor technical issues with systems and devices, and managing the look, feel and presentation of the front of house environment.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Concierge role at Viridian Advisory include but are not limited to:
* Provide customer service to all office visitors welcoming clients; signing-in and inducting any contractors or maintenance personal.
* Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are setup prior to client arrival and cleaned appropriately after use, action any IT or hospitality setup.
* Prepare client hospitality options, such as tea / coffee and food as required.
* Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries.
* Monitor and maintain fulfilment of office stationery and cleaning products, including fulfilment for offices based in our regional offices.
* Provide support to Client Service Managers and Advisors within the office to assist in meeting client needs.
* Support the development and organisation of office procedures, processes, and systems.
* Act as a Fire Warden, attending appropriate training, and being prepared at all times for an incident.
* Act as the primary contact for office maintenance and upkeep with building management.
* Ad hoc duties and directed by direct manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* 2 years' minimum experience working in a concierge role or similar.
* A welcoming and cheerful disposition
* Fantastic interpersonal skills
* A professional phone manner
* Proficient computer skills
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Prior receptionist or office assistant experience will be highly regarded.
* Experience or willing to learn, basic troubleshooting for monitors, laptops, screens and meeting devices.
