Package : Competitive package consisting of base salary + commission + car allowance.

SCOPE : The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and building and nurturing strong customer and supplier relationships. Additionally, the RSM will be responsible for managing sales growth within assigned and net-new accounts.
Accountabilities :
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the semiconductor industry to identify opportunities and threats.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region, tracking performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
* Travel within the region as well as occasional national and international travel to attend conferences, meet with clients, and foster business relationships.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of successful sales or sales management experience in the semiconductor industry.
* Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and technologies is preferred.
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
