We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our office team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating jobs, managing inbound enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also support daily administrative functions, update job notes, prepare quotes/invoices, and communicate with suppliers.

* Managing inbound enquiries and providing outstanding customer service
* Supporting daily administrative functions
* Updating job notes, preparing quotes/invoices, and communicating with suppliers
* Assisting the management team with internal systems and process improvements
Requirements:
* Experience scheduling trades or coordinating jobs in a trade/service-based business (highly advantageous)
* Proficiency in software such as AroFlo, Simpro, ServiceM8, Tradify, or similar
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation, time management, and multitasking ability
* High level of computer literacy and willingness to learn
* Proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude
