Electrical Instrumentation Technician Role
This position involves performing planned and breakdown maintenance on Electrical and Instrumentation equipment.
About the Position
We are seeking experienced Electrical Instrumentation technicians to contribute to our vision of a safe, stable, and sustainable workplace by ensuring all work is performed in accordance with health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures.
* Maintaining Electrical and Instrumentation equipment, including high voltage repairs
* Diagnosing and recommending repair methods
* Completing Hazardous Area and Gas System installation and maintenance work
* Improving plant stability by identifying and eliminating equipment failures and contributing to site safety culture
Your Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A strong safety record and ability to work individually and within a team environment
* A current Queensland Electrical Licence
* Certificate III in Instrumentation (preferred)
* Experience in fixed plant maintenance and commitment to safety systems
* Ability to make sound judgments to ensure plant integrity is maintained
* Demonstrated experience in planning and executing assigned tasks
