Role Overview
The Head of Commercial Operations is a newly created executive position responsible for global commercial reporting, sales operations, and enablement. This individual will serve as the strategic backbone of the revenue organisation, translating data into insights that guide decision-making and execution across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA. The role ensures consistent, scalable commercial processes while enabling knowledge sharing across the client’s eight product lines. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in global SaaS go-to-market operations, particularly with CRM or ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead global sales operations, commercial reporting, and GTM strategy
* Translate sales and performance data into commercial insights that drive strategic decisions
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, compensation modelling, pipeline governance, and renewals
* Manage a cross-functional team across sales operations, enablement, and analytics
* Align systems and tools to enhance sales effectiveness across global customer-facing teams
* Govern and optimise CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (NetSuite) performance and adoption
* Foster knowledge sharing and alignment across product, sales, and customer success
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 8 years of experience in SaaS sales operations or commercial leadership, ideally with global scope
* Proven experience leading complex go-to-market environments across multiple product lines
* Strong expertise in HubSpot, NetSuite, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Ability to turn data into actionable strategic recommendations
* Background in CRM or ERP software sales is preferred
* Mining industry experience is not required
