Cloud Solutions Architect
A Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures to address complex business challenges. This involves guiding customers as they refactor their applications or design new cloud-based systems.
This role requires expertise in designing distributed applications, managing technical customer-facing resources, and building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent the voice of the customer and bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmaps.
2. Provide advanced technical knowledge to domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
3. Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices through forums such as blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
4. Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
5. Develop and support an internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide.
A typical day in this role might include meeting with technical product managers, collaborating on demonstrations and proofs of concept, writing technical content, and staying up-to-date with changes in technology that affect partners.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 7+ years of experience in design, implementation, and consulting for distributed applications.
2. 5+ years of management experience of technical, customer-facing resources.
3. 5+ years of experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions or experience with communications protocols and APIs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
2. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
3. Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
5. Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
6. AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
7. Computer Science/related degree and/or experience highly desired.
