Role
Supporting their continued growth, you will assume responsibility for the Penrith region after successfully completing a comprehensive induction and training program. As Territory Sales Rep, your focus will be to convert allocated leads into hard dollar outcomes by visiting homeowners to provide a measure and quote service.
Other responsibilities
Consultatively guiding customers through the product selection process
Completing quotes efficiently, including amendments and upgrades where possible
Maintaining a professional appearance and being knowledgeable about the products and service solutions
Staying customer centric, to ensure customer needs are pre-empted
Maintaining a high level of accuracy when considering dimensions, costings and providing technical support
You
You have the ability to build rapport quickly and have a natural ability to ask the right questions to lead to and outcome. Ideally you have experience selling direct to consumer, preferably in the home improvement space.
Other attributes
Demonstrable ability to soft close throughout sales process and upsell when possible
Intermediate computer skills, specifically Excel based software
Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
Creative flair, with a strong eye for detail
willingness t learn a recent industry
Highly organised, with a proven ability to plan ahead
Reward
The OTE for this role sits at $120K, which is made up of a base salary of $65K, super, trade vehicle, business tools and highly achievable bonus structure.
