Overview
Sales Support (Onsite Wingfield). Reece Onsite Residential has a role for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support person to assist our growing business.
Responsibilities
* Answer telephone enquiries from our resources and national account customer base
* Process customers' requests for delivery / release of orders
* Generate customer quotations
* Provide prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
* Input Sales Orders
* Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability
* Coordinate deliveries and liaise with our Branch network
* Manage and expedite orders at our customers' request
* Utilise a range of online platforms for order processing from our customers
Qualifications and requirements
* A valid driver's licence and relevant PC skills are required
* Extensive customer service experience
* Computer literate
* Experience working in a busy consumer goods/warehouse/stock role highly regarded
* Be a supportive team member and embrace the company values, policies, and procedures
