Job Description
Commencing early January 2026, we have exciting opportunities for first timers, experienced winery operators, people from other industries and returnees.
The Vintage Laboratory Technical Assistant is responsible for:
- Assisting the Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Team Leader in the efficient operation of the winery laboratory
- Daily duties include managing analysis requests from winemakers
- Actively participate and cooperate in a team environment to meet the core objectives of the company.
- Have a strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service internally and externally
- Following Quality Management systems, Food Safety, Work Health and Safety practices
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in for these roles you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- 1-2 years' lab experience in wine, food/beverage, or pharmaceutical industries or similar
- Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills
- Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety practices
- Willing to work rotating day and night shifts
