THE ROLE As a junior Sales Administrator, you will support the sales team with tasks including:
* Assisting sales agents and the principal with all sales listings on
* Organising listing collateral such as market updates, Form 6s, and related documentation
* Uploading and coordinating the open home schedule
* Preparing marketing materials for new listings, including signage, brochures, and online advertising
* Liaising with conveyancers, buyers, and sellers regarding contract terms when required
ABOUT YOU We are seeking a junior candidate, ideally with:
* A minimum of 6 months' experience in Real Estate Administration
* Natural enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
