The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth — both by strengthening our existing distributor relationships and by opening new channels across the pharmacy and natural health sectors.
This is a strategic role with real ownership. You'll work directly with leadership to shape our expansion strategy and have the autonomy to pursue new opportunities.
What You'll Do
Grow Existing Channels
* Manage relationships with distributors across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA
* Drive sales growth with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and natural health retailers
* Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to increase market penetration
* Strengthen partnerships with pharmacy buying groups and natural health distribution networks
Develop New Business
* Identify and secure new distribution channels within the pharmacy and natural health sectors
* Build relationships with pharmacy groups, health food stores, naturopaths, and integrative health practitioners
* Explore opportunities with complementary channels such as wellness clinics, allied health professionals, and practitioner-only suppliers
* Lead negotiations and close new distribution agreements
Strategic Planning
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the natural health and pharmacy landscape
* Track and report on sales growth, distribution expansion, and market share
* Provide insights on emerging opportunities in the complementary medicine and wellness sectors
* Contribute to product development based on market and practitioner feedback
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years in business development or sales within pharmaceutical distribution, natural health, or complementary medicine
* Proven track record growing accounts and securing new partnerships
* Strong understanding of the Australian pharmacy landscape including banner groups, buying groups and independent networks
* Knowledge of natural health retail and practitioner channels
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
* Commercially astute with strategic thinking capabilities
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate
Bonus Points
* Existing relationships with pharmacy groups, natural health distributors, or practitioner networks
* Experience with TGA-listed or complementary medicine products
* Understanding of practitioner-only and professional supplement channels
* Knowledge of the integrative health and wellness sector
