Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide personal and social support to clients in their homes.
* Assist with daily living tasks including grooming, dressing and meal preparation
* Provide transport for appointments and errands
* Maintain client connections with the community through regular visits and activities
* First Aid qualification
