Nine is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide crucial sales support for our national accounts. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our sales team, ad operations, and clients to ensure successful campaign implementation.
* You will assess inventory and create insertion orders during the pre-sales phase.
* You will manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams.
* You will act as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.
* You will manage campaign assets and promptly address client change requests.
* You will provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must bring:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
* A solid grasp of digital media and the client/media agency relationship.
* The ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to planning and organizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Experience with ad technologies and platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce (desirable).
