Handy Person / Carpenter required for a large facilities maintenance company
Your new company
An established facilities maintenance company who carry out maintenance across a portfolio of blue chip clients have an immediate requirement for an experienced Maintenance Officer to join their team.
Your new role
As Handy Person you will be based on a single A grade site, where you will be required you to carry out all-round maintenance which will include basic carpentry, minor plumbing, replacing lamps, painting / patching, client liaison, general reporting, dealing with sub-contractor and other related maintenance duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Handy Person position you must have previous all-round maintenance experience, good customer service skills, basic computer skills and no previous criminal convictions.
What you'll get in return
You will have the opportunity to work for an established facilities maintenance company, excellent working environment and a salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + super.
