We are seeking a Senior Program Support Officer to provide high-level program support across a modernisation program, with a strong focus on DevOps practices and cloud-based delivery.
The role supports the program by coordinating project delivery activities across the program through hands-on expertise in DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
* Support DevOps and cloud delivery activities across the program
* Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Assist with highlighting and unblocking delivery bottlenecks to ensure program milestones are delivered on time
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, automation, and operational practices.
* Provide senior-level program support, including scheduling, reporting, risk and issue management, and governance compliance.
* Maintain program artefacts such as plans, RAID logs and program status reports.
* Support change management, release planning, and transition to operations.
Key Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in senior ICT project support or PMO roles within complex environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
* Strong understanding of MSP, Agile, ITIL, and project governance frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
