The RoleDeliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstancesConduct assessments to help guide people toward their new careerCollaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clientsIdentify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforceVisit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work
