In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. With your strong focus on the Image of the Child, collaboration is key to creating a setting that ignites creativity and curiosity amongst the children, reflective of your well-resourced, well-planned environment.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Educator, provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Educators, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with the Centre Educational Leader to implement programs that align with the Image of the Child and the organisation's educational philosophy.

About You
* The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework EYLF and National Quality Standards NQS
* An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current VIC Working with Children's Check
* Current VIC Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training Certificates
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
* Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
