The Clinical Governance Unit is looking for a Nurse Manager – Quality Coordinator to join their committed team.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development, provision & evaluation of quality nursing services.
2. Lead a team of nursing professionals in ensuring high standards of care.
3. Implement and monitor compliance with clinical governance frameworks.
4. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
2. Experience in a management role within a healthcare setting.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Commitment to quality improvement in healthcare.
