What's the role?
As Service Owner, Specialised Transaction Products, you'll be accountable for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of specialised Business Transaction Banking products, including Controlled Monies and Statutory Trust Accounts. Sitting within the Product Management Job Family, this role plays a key part in ensuring the portfolio is customer-led, commercially aligned, and compliant with risk and regulatory requirements.
You'll own product performance across the full lifecycle, partnering closely with Distribution, Technology, Operations and Risk teams to manage incidents, issues, change delivery and continuous improvement across the value chain. You'll ensure products operate effectively, meet governance obligations, and continue to evolve in line with customer needs and market expectations.
This role suits someone who enjoys balancing customer outcomes, commercial performance and risk management, and who thrives in cross-functional environments where collaboration and influence are critical to success.
What do I need?
* Proven experience in product or service management within banking or financial services
* Strong understanding of transaction banking and/or specialised products
* Experience managing product performance across the end-to-end lifecycle
* Knowledge of product governance, regulatory and risk requirements
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience managing incidents, issues and change delivery
* A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capability
