OverviewAs a Technical Support Engineer (Specialist), your mission is to be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, delivering onsite support and contributing to product and service enhancements.
You will also play a key role in training our field service teams in the field and in the classroom.
You will report to the Technical Support Manager.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support and troubleshooting: Resolving hardware, software and network issues with a high first-call resolution rateRemote & Onsite Support: Using remote tools and ticketing systems to manage support requests efficientlyDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing: Creating internal guides and training staff to improve support processesHardware & Software Development: Installing and updating systems across departments with minimal disruptionMonitoring & Reporting: Tracking system performance and generating reports for managementCustomer Service & Communication: Maintaining a high level of satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication and effective problem solvingTo succeedWe encourage you to apply even if you don\'t meet every single requirement.
