Maternal and Child Health Nurse Opportunity

This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their practice, able to work independently and have a strong background in delivering comprehensive care to children and families.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality maternal and child health nursing services
* Providing vital support to families
* Contributing to referrals and completing necessary reporting
* Engaging with families using a family-centred partnership approach
Requirements:
* Mandatory qualifications to practice as a MCH Nurse in Victoria, as outlined in the Position Description
* Current registration with AHPRA: Registered Nurse (Division 1)
* Registered Midwife
* Accredited postgraduate Diploma/Degree (or equivalent) in Child and Family Health Nursing
* Previous practical experience in Maternal and Child Health nursing
* Demonstrated experience working with CALD communities or a genuine curiosity and willingness to learn
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Confidence and competency in using computer systems including M&CH programs
* Current valid Victorian driver's licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
